ACT FROM THE UNITED STATES HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.Name Declaration. The name shall be "Contract Requirement Act" or "CRA" for short.
SECTION 2. What the Bill Does. If this bill passes both Houses of Congress it shall:
(a) Require all agencies/departments to create a contract when hiring a Employee. (Trainees don't count)
(b) Each agency must follow through with the terms of the contract unless a serious infraction is committed, which then evidence must be provided. The contract expulsion must go through the IAB.
SECTION 2a. This has no grandfather clauses, nor is a ex post facto bill. Existing employees are fine.
SECTION 3. The Contract Must Include the Following..
(a) Job Title, and Job Description.
(b) Date and time of contract expiration.
(c) Rules of the Contract, and how it can be broken.
