They might be old Dell Optiplex systems from 2004, but most still work. I got myself 4 of them now and will try to get the most performance out of them, that is if the remaining 3 still work.
I will try figure out what's in them by the end of the week, wish me luck. |

| Schools tend to not care about where they go. God, I hate planned-obsolescence. Old computers would work completely fine to this day if they weren't slowed-down by scripts that were >>>intentionally<<< added to make people upgrade their computers. |

>"i have a stone laptop" >"it has 4 gb of ram" I didn't think that my old Pentium PC is THAT old and it has 32MB of RAM. I consider pre-1993 stone-age computers. |

My school uses old PC monitors and those old HP PC's from elementary school. Now I'm in High school.
This may be sudden, should I view my new siggy? |

| Parts from inside say they were manufactured either in 2004 or 2005. Makes sense with the 10 year warranty. |

Here's the selling average for a older computer that is complete with all parts, in very good cosmetic condition, comes with a HDD and an OS installed with some programs:
Pentium I/II/III PC designed for lower budget: $100-$200 Pentium I/II/III PC designed for servers or high-end computing: $200+ -- Pentium 4 PGA478/LGA775 PC designed for lower budget: ~$50 (sells very poorly) Pentium 4 PGA478/LGA775 PC designed for servers or high-end computing: $50+ -- Celeron PC from 90's: $50+ Celeron PC from 00's: ~$35 (rarely ever sells, costs more to ship the thing) -- Athlon PC from 90's: $70+ Athlon Dual-core PC from 00's: $50+ |

| All of these prices are based of collection value and not performance. Of course the Pentium 4 will outperform the Pentium I/II/III, but they never sell and they were so mass-produced that it's hard to even get anyone to take them for free. |
