I want to run The FOrest, but according to can you run it I don't have enough RAM.
I have two sticks of RAM laying around, G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) to be exact. But I don't know if it is compatible with my CPU.
AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 455 Processor
Please help and if you need any more details I can provide, ask for them.

How fast is your cpu? What gpu do you have? The 8GB is enough for most games today.

Yes, it will work. Assuming you have an AM3+ socket motherboard.

You should be able to run The Forest just fine at High-ish settings. The only thing I would recommend it re-seating or buying new RAM. If you have an 8GB kit installed, it should have 8GB available to you.

Alright, I'm using PCPartPicker.com but my GeForce 8800 GT Graphics card won't show up in the results.
Any suggestions?

If I'm not mistaken, any ram is compatible with any CPU as long as the motherboard can support the DRAM interface. You said you're using DDR3, so look for any memory DDR3-related

Oh yeah, the motherboard must also support the Memory Speed (1600MHz, 2100MHz, etc.)
