1. Large clans War eachother. Get the forts to front page with mass raids and advertisement (through leaders selling there limiteds)

2. These front page forts will bring in more clan people

3. Smaller clans can recruit of these members, making an increase in the clans sizes.

4. Superclans will become more active due to the increased members

5. These new members will go on to become HR's. Or creating there own clans.

6. These new clans will bring in people from games etc,

Result

- More activity
- More experienced people
- More fighting and 'fun' clan stuff.

Make a game which includes clans, have clan leaderboard and people will join top clans. Easy.
But game needs to be well made.

It would be very easy. If superclan leaders invested in it.

Since there are a lot of capable HR's still in clans, and small clans have not changed much.

However I doubt any superclan leader would be committed to potentially being seen as a 'noob group' by C&G. Or have a flame filled war which bulsters activity.

I reckon it would work very quickly, An example here:

When Roman parthia and its group released, it created a whole new genre basically
This genre had many groups which were active (Rome put all there money into the game and group - not limiteds)
When the game got unpopular the amount of new people decreased.
Now its perked up again and its getting active again.

Although the quality at first of people in the clans will be dreadful, good HR's could fix this fairly quickly, and people would learn from constant raiding. Its why one of my ancient groups had a higher skill than rome, simply because they raided a fair bit, so we had more raids per person than them.

Its also why i reckon i can create a shift in the roman genre, by putting a competetor to rome out there, due to hiring a scripter, and being able to build fairly well.

Well forming a new clan would be useless.

It would require a rich leader and a rich leader. So you'd have to look at superclans. Although as i said, many of them are too inactive or won't give up the funds

I've been away so I don't know who the big clans in the past 6 months have been superclan wise. I'd of guessed WIJ or possibly RAT?

Do not discount VIP Groups though as clans, if they are active, they are BENEFICIAL

i think clans need to branch out when it comes to tech, too

there's really no diversity anymore, everyone uses RCL maps or a holo for training places, and even though they may work fine, there's really no incentive for people to join one group over another when the experience is going to be the same either way

Tech isnt to bad. Just different guns is fine.

As long as forts are fun to raid, and GUI's etc feel different. Guns are not the problem.

I think an incentive to join a clan, is either

1. Very well scripted fort (Not a traditional flag capture) - techonology as you said.
2. A lot of wars
3. Fun trainings or community

Ideally clans need to fall between the techonlogy and waring side. Although a very good tactic would to use a well scripted fort as a slingshot for growth. Like RAT Borealis or indigo 2

Superclan leaders are cheap.

For example, WIJ's leader he is making money off his clan and letting HR's do the work.

I like these ideas, though. More clans need to run ads on their fort than on the group....

Ill give you an example

I've ran 50k tix runs on a fort

I had around 1000 place visits per week for a fair few weeks. Was great fun

Imagine a superclan - combined with not starting from scratch, and with more than a teamchange gui, and a okish fort.

It could be very high activity.
