i find that weird though.
french-euro culture more often casts out those who try to send that message, and accept people like stromae, while american culture is just horrid and the complete opposite. |

I listen to a good amount of Indie, Folk & Americana.
Those are some of the 3 best genre's for stories/meaning.
In my opinion anyways. And I just looove that type of music too ;) |

| American Pop is honestly the worst genre of music I've ever listened to, and that's even after listening to genres such as screamo, country, and modern day hip-hop (Lil Wayne variety garbage, not the meaningful stuff). |

Same artist but singing about his father always ignoring him and him feeling invisible
But yea we actually talked about this in my AP French 3 class, they have a different culture they don't sing about things like intercourse and women they sing about real world issues and more meaningful things
