So I emailed them about a potential way to bypass ROBLOX's security, and do a bit of damage to the website, and include the steps on how to do it and how it works.
I get a reply back, and the guy replies back, and gives me steps on getting my account back and verifying it. So I reply, correcting him and once again reminding him what I'm talking about, and his reply begins with this, taken directly from the email:
"We're sorry, we thought you were asking about your hacked account however, One thing to try would be to see if simply restarting your computer doesn't solve the issue. Sometimes this is all a system needs to refresh anything that might be giving it difficulty. "
And then goes on about something that has nothing to do with what I'm trying to warn them about. it's like, dude, just read my original email! It's not that difficult to do!
It's frustrating, lol. |

Info@ROBLOX is a robot on Twitter. However mailing to them is a person response, but a response that is already crafted for them. They have no control over the answer, really. They have like a book that tells them what to write down. And if they don't have something to fit your exact need, they give the closest option.

I found that if you talk about su1c1d3, ROBLOX PMs you saying Sounds like a tough time there, you should talk to someone you trust. |

| They don't know what they're doing them. I was dealing with a clothing issue, and the person who was dealing with me kept saying the same thing over and over... It's ridiculous. |

I hear you, lol. The few times I've reported a few bugs, they told me that changing my PW was the best way to keep my account safe, and even when I DID talk to a real employee, they got it all wrong.
That's why I just PMed Reese from then on instead should I discover an exploit or bug.

I recently tried sending them a glitch, had the same problem basically.
