I had this problem two years ago, this is nothing about roblox.

You either got a slow damage virus on your pc (get that checked because I had it) about 3 months time your system 32 be gone.

You new a need harddrive because your other one is full.

You need to do a virus check on your pc.

Because you mostly got a virus playing on your 32 system.

DO NOT delete your system32 it is the file that runs your computer and if you delete it you can not turn on your computer and your computer will basically be gone.

No one said anything about deleting system32. You should do a malware or virus scan, I'd recommend Malwarebytes.

Do what spychicken said.

Download and run Malwarebytes, if there are no viruses on your computer, then it is either a bios problem or a hard drive problem.

Children, children, children. Relax yourselves. Allow me to put in my quarter.

The packet loss should not have anything to do with system32 or a piece of malware (unless something is capturing packets and doing a very poor job at it). You'd want to run a scan routinely, no matter what the circumstance. Say, a quick scan once every two weeks and a full scan every month. This applies for both your anti-virus software and your anti-malware.

Anyways, it sounds like a sucky internet connection. First, ping your localhost. If it's taking longer than 1 ms to get a response, you're losing packets, or you're not getting a response at all, then I'm guessing your network adapter is seriously screwed up and I'd suggest getting a new one.

If that's all good, then ping your default gateway. If you notice that you're losing packets or getting significantly less than a 1 ms response time, then your connection to the network is poor somehow. The longer the response time, the poorer the connection to your network. One thing you could try to potentially solve this issue temporarily is to reboot your router. If you're using a direct, wired connection to your network and are experiencing these issues even after rebooting, then there could be something wrong with your router (or your network adapter); contact your internet service provider to find out. (Note: it's always a good idea to test your wired connection on other wired networks if available.)

If nothing was wrong there, ping an outside server that accepts ping requests (like google.com). If you're losing packets or getting huge response times (in the hundreds or thousands of ms), then you have merely a "sucky" internet connection. If the problems persist after rebooting your router, contact your ISP.

Finally (I'm putting this at the bottom because it's only a hunch), I have observed that Roblox likes to disconnect from the server on me if I have a lot of processes running at once (on my old laptop). Explore this possibility, too.
