At any given time, a member of the Council may assign a mission to one or more Umarekawari. The missions used in Yatagarasu are not classified by a level of difficulty because the organization expects all Mezame & Umarekawari to be able to carry out any task. Missions will be assigned through Private Messages or in-game at NRPG. The missions will include the objective, the time to complete the mission, and the amount of members on the mission along with any extra information that includes roles and leadership positions. Once the mission is completed, it is the Mezame/Umarekawari responsibility to report to back with the results of the mission to the council member that assigned them the mission.
Here is an example of receiving a mission:
Objective: "Insert specific task here" Time to complete: "Insert specific amount of time or when something is to conclude" Mission Squad: "Insert if the member is working alone or with a team, and which members or how many members" Squad Leader: "Insert username of Umarekawari" Squad Assistance: "Insert username of second Umarekawari"
Once the member has received the mission, it is their duty to meet with the specific members on the squad of the mission, or to contact the required amount of Mezame/Umarekawwari for the mission. The Squad Leader and/or the member working alone will then conduct a plan of action about how to complete the mission. Then the Squad Leader and/or the member will carry out the mission (with the squad if assigned). Once the mission is completed, the Squad Leader and/or the member will report to the council member (that assigned the mission) with a report of the mission.
Important Notice: Only Karasu and/or Head Karasu are allowed to do missions for Yatagarasu. Only Head Karasu may lead squads on the mission if a squad is assigned.
2nd Important Notice: Reporting the mission is the most important step to the mission. Not only does the organization receive the completion and/or information of the mission, but the members that have carried out the mission can receive feedback and/or learn from their mission if they did well or failed to complete it.
