I. Introduction
This guide will be a short and simple syllabus for how trainings will function and work within the Robloxian Military. Understanding this guide and following the rules and regulations stated in this guide will be very important in making RM trainings effective and run smoothly. This guide has been formulated by summarizing and modifying past statements and ideas posted in past guides but has been approved and discussed with DrNosy, Current as November 2014, commander of the RM.
All Questions on this guide should be directed towards ExcellentJ including Amendments, clarifications and such.

II. Rules for Trainings
A. Obey all orders of the Instructors
B. Participate in all activities unless directed by the Instructor
C. The Instructor outranks the other HRs that are at the training center unless an order is given such as to patrol the recruitment center/base, defend a raid, follow to a raid and such. Directions such as what training will be commenced, permission to speak and organizational will be given by the lead instructor of the training.
D. If you have to go AFK, Away from Keyboard, inform your training instructors so that they know. It is unacceptable to keep your fellow soldiers from accomplishing tasks at training to better themselves because you forgot to mention you are not there.
E. If you are asked to leave a training, leave, do not stay and complain to the instructor

III. Rules for Trainings for High Ranks
A. Do not interrupt a training unless there is a dire activity to be done such as a raid/defense or rally.
B. Do not give orders at a training unless you yourself are an instructor or have been appointed an instructor.
C. Do not assume you are an instructor
D. Do not cause drama at the training centers if there is a training going on
E. If you are at a training, participate. Do not hang out

IV. Rules for Instructors
A. Respect your troops. Be stern but be fair. Do not make the training no fun as well. Try to incorporate some fun into the training to encourage soldiers to train and also learn something from the experience besides the fact that trainings are a hassle to go to.
B. Do not hand out promotions like candy. Not every training needs to end with promotions. If it worked liked that, a private can go to become an HR within a week accounting that there are an average of 1-2 trainings a day plus the potential of 2+ trainings on weekends/vacations. Base your promotion on their skill level for their rank, if you have seen them at other trainings you have hosted and their rank. A recruit should have a much easier time to promote than a Major by far.
C. Treat all soldiers with respect and do not pick favorites (that will get you into trouble)
D. Do not allow have more than one co-hosts per training. Two is a company, three is a crowd and to be honest, having three instructors is basically a hassle and means that one of your instructors can easily carry more slack than you are allowing them to.
E. If you have to leave in the middle of your training, inform another HR at the training to take over who you know will take over and do well.
F. Shout your trainings 10 minutes before you start your training if possible and shout when you are FINISHED as well.
G. If a soldier shows up later, let them participate but keep note if you plan on handing out promotions that they may not get one.

V. Training Exercises
:This is a basic list of possible training exercises and notes on training exercise:
-Faces (limit these to a minimum. If your training takes up more than 10 minutes on this, you are doing something wrong and wasting the time of your soldiers. This is not meant to kill time.
-Obbies (work on basic skills that most maps incorporate in some type of way) (Use these as time killers if you are waiting for more soldiers)
-Sword training (Use tournament style as that works on basic sword skills. Do not force your style of sword fighting on your troops, everyone has their own style. You may teach your style if you find it effective. Use unfair odd battles also such as (2V1, 4V2, etc) as in most raids, you will not have an equal fighting force.
-Ranged weapon training (Use in the form of practice raids/arena maps) (Follow the above note on sword trainings)
-Frogging/Stacking (important raiding skill as well as defense skill as to keep your troops in optimal positions or scaling walls/cliffs)
-Quizzes (Quiz your soldiers on scenarios they would see in a raid)
-Examples: “You have two HRs giving commands. One is a Colonel and one is a General. Who do you obey”, “You see an HR AAing at base, who do you report to” “Your opponent has a sword and is hiding against a wall. The base has guns as well as swords but he is challenging you to a Sword Fight in the middle of the battle. what do you do?, Etc. Just simple little questions to make sure they know what they are doing
-Team work Exercises (Equal team competitions such as in a Round Robin style format or like King of the field style) (Round Robin being typical assortment where each team faces against every other team or King style being a more Winner Vs Winner style) (Follows the format of Ranged weapons and Swords)

VI: NOTES
A. If you have to cancel a training, shout it.
B. Avoid having chitter chatter when you are training. You are there for a purpose and do not want to waste time.
C. Being strict is ok. Being over the top is not.
D. When shouting, do not just type “Over”. Do the minimum and type “[Training] Over”
E. Use Official bases, not your own.
F. Do not play with the admin, this can get you demoted.
