| Totally what I've been waiting for! The storyline's already getting me hyper-attached to the partner Pokemon, who's a hyperactive troublemaker who wants to be on an exploration team. You play as a child in the game, too, which is wicked cool. Still no gender option, but I think that when they ask you if you'd rather be 'cool' or 'cute' they mean 'what's your gender?' |

"who'd u choose "
Riolu. The personality test kept giving me Torchic, and I was like, 'No, I'm not being Torchic!' so I was just like 'screw it I'm going with Riolu.' |

I used to play as Torchic all the time because I'd always get 'sassy' from the personality quizzes and I'd be like "I AM SO DANG SICK OF TORCHIC GIVE ME SOMETHING ELSE!"
"wait is eevee there "
Nah, unfortunately not. All the starters are, and Riolu and Pikachu are, too.
AND YAY NO GENDER-SPECIFIC POKEMON |

"NO EEVEE ;(((((((("
Yeah, I was like that, too, when I saw the trailers.
They brought back the hunger system, they tell you Pokemon types in the dungeons now and even give you a type weakness/advantage chart in the menu, they have these things called Looplets which power you up in dungeons, etc.. |
