exalted help with these questions then smarty pants1!1!11
Would it be easy to make a 3D model of this compound Table Salt (NaCl)?
Why would it be difficult to draw an electron dot diagram for metallic bonds? What makes metallic bonds so unique? |

1 - yes
2 - carbon shares a lot with hydrogen
3 - its ability to conduct electricity and they have low electronegativity and a low ionization energy |

| Water has special characteristics because it shares an electron with o2, which gives its polarity, covalent bonds are as 2P explained; regarding equations I can help for free! |

We did not represent any metallic bonds in this lab. Why would it be difficult to draw an electron dot diagram for metallic bonds? What makes metallic bonds so unique? |

i dont think you know what metalic bonds are, metalic bonds are when there is bonding of molecules within metals due the nature of detached electrons and their attriction with the positive bonds'
the representation u speak of makes no sense, speak to ur teacher |

you can't tell how many valence electrons a metal has just by looking at a periodic table so its harder to make a diagram
