Would I have to use one of the Body objects(BodyPosition, BodyForce, BodyThrust, ect...)?

mouse = game.Players.LocalPlayer:GetMouse()
mouse.Hit.p -- the CFrame the mouse is currently over

@deadmilk - It took me like 5 hours to figure out you put the fps link in your old fps frameworks place so i just made my own. check out my place to see what i have so far.

(There is nothing but the equipping yet)

Well, you wouldn't have to do any work.
We would just ask opinions like
'How should I animate this? cframe or what?'
and stuff
