Hate to say this, but I'm sure mods will be there to give the experience the die hard fans want
Even better too because it has all the refined mechanics that FO4 bring to the table |

| Mods won't be able to Bring Skills back into the game, nor will they Bring Faction Reputation or Remove the Dialogue Circle... or the Protagonist that keeps saying "I love my family". |

"but aren't the skills removed?" the skills are the special, you can choose to either level up your special or choose a perk. the perks have their own skill set too that you can use to improve the perk. |

In every fallout game there was SPECIAL and there were skills
In fallout 4 there is SPECIAL
So fallout 4 removed skills, don't even try to pretend they didn't man.

| The Perks don't equal the Skills at all, all the perks are uninteresting Junk such as "get 20% more damage" and all that. It also means that No Skill checks and stuff such as "you can't be good at guns unless you're as fast as Usain Bolt", or "no unarmed if you're not as strong as the superman". Roleplaying is Impossible because your backstory is already there, part for part. |

there's no modder that would want to mod the dialogue system, as it would also require editing nearly every quest
plus, the dialogue in skyrim wasn't that bad |
