You get dogmeat You get power armour You fight and easily defeat a deathclaw
All of these things you'd have to work for in previous fallouts, in fallout 4 they're handed to you on a plate with a glass of fine wine and the waiter telling you "Oh no sir, zhis is on ze 'ouse"

| In Fallout 3 and NV they were easy because of you can exploit the terrible AI |

It takes at least 3 hours in NV, and that's if you purely rush as fast as possible to get power armour and power armour training, and if you rush you won't be strong enough to kill a deathclaw or be anywhere near getting the dog.
In 3 it still takes a while, possibly 2 hours at leats.

No, I got stuck in a wall twice when trying to fight the deathclaw.
It was a dark time. |

You can kill a Deathclaw as soon as you leave Goodsprings, if you grab a 343 Magnum, a bit of ammo, and find a small rock to stand on. |

The only way to actually defeat an adult deathclaw without abusing the dumb AI is to lead it to sloan and let the NPC's die for you, even then you've got to get some lucky hits and maybe use a dynamite stick or 3.
@Catboy
There isn't any grinding in fallout, maybe play the games before commenting.

Magazines, drugs, skill books, clothing bonuses. There's a lot you can do rather than spending your skill points to have to meet requirements. And you don't actually need any skills above 1 to complete the game they just offer more rewards/decrease difficulty if you do.
I can only think of 1 perk that is a must grab and even then all it does it turns easy fights (which they're all easy by that point) into mindless click button win fight situations.

Meltdown!
Plasma weapon kill causes them to explode in a big explosion, causes chain reactions of booms. Clears out weak enemies with ease (so basically everybody not in power armour)

It is, bloody mess I'm pretty sure isn't a statistical upgrade to anything at all.
Meltdown! is hands down the best perk for somebody using energy weapons.

you can get dogmeat pretty easily in fo3 the power armor can only be used with fusion cores and the power armor you have im pretty sure the worst type of power armor in the game. the deathclaw takes a good amount of ammo to kill. |

Actually fusion cores only cause the power armor to be able to sprint and use vats. YOu can still do everything else.
"the deathclaw takes a good amount of ammo to kill."
Ammo you shouldn't have with a gun you shouldn't have and in armour you shouldn't have so early into the game.

actually you can't do anything, once you run out of fusion cores it forces your character to step out of the armor.
