Here's how u get
1. Go to McDonald's (obviously) 2. Connect to Nintendo zone. 3. Select MYSTERY GIFT. 4. Select RECEIVE GIFT, then YES. 5. Select GET VIA INTERNET, then YES. 6. Go talk to the delivery girl in any Pokémon center and you get hoopa! 7. Save your game because you don't get 2 even if you forgot to save.
