| its physically easier to consumer a lot more food. i can eat and eat and eat and not feel the effects, because everything i eat is loaded with nutrients, which my body consumes quickly rather than having a wasteful blob of junk stuck in my gut |

| in other words i can eat double the amount i normally would, and still not have my gut expand because the nutrients are going to my body rather than having blobs of wasteful food in my gut |

| various types of cereal bars, breakfast biscuit bars, protein bars, eggs, peanut butter & jelly, whatever my school is serving for lunch, salad, chicken, turkey, bananas, stuffed peppers, grain bars, carrots dipped in peanut butter, celery dipped in peanut butter, kiwi, grapes, potatoes |
