breakfast - a bannana snack - 1 cherio lunch - 1 pizza slice snack - salad Dinner - eat the same cherrio after u throw it up |

wrestle 3 hours/day for 4 months, then run 3 miles a day + moderate lift schedule for 4 months + football 7 hours/day for 1 month + football 3 hours/day for 3 months
breakfast: 2 eggs lunch: breaded chicken, ranch, pear cup, small salad pre-practice: 1/4 pound of nuts or a protein bar dinner: steak or chicken or beef stew or fish, salad, roasted veggies
dropped 50 pounds over a year doing this; works like a charm.
