The Trespassing Defense bill is to allow people to use force or deadly force from their property.
Section I: PREAMBLE If enacted by Congress the following will happen: If someone trespasses onto another person's property (Example: Car or House) then the person who owns the property shall be allowed to use force or deadly force to remove the person from his or her property. This means that Federal Agents, citizens, ETC are not allowed to wander into another person's car, house, or anything else a person can own without their consent. This also means you can be killed for standing on a person's car or house.
SECTION II: Purpose: This is to stop people from being able to jump into people's cars or walk into people's houses. This will make it so the person can actually stop a person from trespassing.
SECTION III: Details for Agents and Cops: A Federal Agent must have a valid reason to be on a person's property and if they don't then the person has the right to use force or deadly force to remove them. If they do enter the person's property and refuse to leave then they may be killed.
SECTION IV: Conclusion: This will help citizens actually be able to do something when an agent won't leave their house or car. If one is arrested for using force to remove someone from their property then they may use this bill to reference in court.
Signed, Senator jtdalejr88

Secret Service had a bill PASSED that allowed them to do it.
Also by this you realize it basically allows criminals to kill whoever they want. Imagine a group who own an entire block - they can kill whoever crosses there street.

| @Jack I have no idea what you are talking about. I am talking about what is legally your property obviously. Not a property that you say is your's. Now people are trying to tell me that they don't want their heads being blown off for stepping on someone's lawn. Well, too bad. I am sick of people trespassing and nothing is done about it. Nobody has taken action and I will be the first to do something about this. In my state I can legally blow your head off for stepping on my property. |

If a group of terrorists buy every house on a lot.
For example they individually own House 6,7,8,9,10,11 and house 12.
if they work together and share, they can basically shoot whoever touches |

There's no such thing as "your property" at Las Vegas. The houses are rented at LV, so the landowner would have to be contacted before anyone could possibly be charged. Since there is no exact landowner, the land is considered unregistered (AKA no one owns it besides the federal government).
Furthermore, any other property (like cars) owned by the actual player can't be defended. You can't shoot someone for standing near your car, or even jumping on top of it. Yes, you may sue them for damage to property, but you would lose since no damage can be done to the cars at LV by simply touching them.
So, yeah. |

| @RB You are stupid as hell. You can buy property in this game. It's called cars and houses. I am asking for the Castle Doctrine to be put into place basically but you have obviously never heard of that because you aren't familiar with criminal justice. |

As Jack said this aids criminals.
Jt, you need to be more specific on what trespassing is. Your bill also makes it so cops can't enter even with a warrant and probable cause. Meaning criminals can hide in their houses from cops.

| @Sov "Valid Reason cops can enter" If the criminal sues the courts will realize that the cops entered for a valid reason. It covers the loophole. Also, this doesn't aid criminals. The only person it aids is the people who don't want people walking on their property. |

| the validity of a reason to be on someone's property is nothing more than an opinion, so that's not a very strong case to be held up in a court of justice |

| @RB Well, then in real life we would be screwed because if my house isn't my property then I guess anyone can enter it legally, right? Since property is an opinion... |

| @RB You are ignorant. You don't know what the Castle Doctrine is, do you? Look it up. In my home state we can shoot you if you trespass into my house. |

" This means that Federal Agents, citizens, ETC are not allowed to wander into another person's car, house, or anything else a person can own without their consent"
Not allowed to wander into another person's property without, and key word "CONSENT".
