Be it enacted by the House of Representatives and Senate,
this bill will be known as the "Extra Amendment to the Bill of Rights"
This must pass with a 2/3 majority vote from both houses, Governor, and Supreme Court.
This will take effect immediately after passing.
[SECTION I]
All Directors, Judges, and any head of office, must be appointed by the Governor with consent from the Senate. The Chief Justice or the Attorney General may give the Governor advice on who to choose. All Judicial nominations must be approved by the Governor and appointed by him. All Directorial positions must be approved and appointed by the Governor.
[SECTION II]
All Justices (CJ, AJ, SCJ, ACCJ, CCJ) will have another justice called a "Federal Judge" Federal Judges will have the power to AOS anyone with a valid reason. They are extremely prohibited to AOS for any personal vendetta against someone. Supreme Court Justices will have the same power to AOS someone for a valid reason. No personal vendettas. Federal Judges will have the power to approve/take any lawsuit. Supreme Court Justices may take cases as well. Associate Justices have the power to vote on motions, but may not AOS someone.
[SECTION III]
In the Legislative Branch, any representative or senator or leader of Congress may go inactive for a certain period of time. That amount of time, is 16 days. Aprox. 2 weeks and 2 days. After that period of time, the officer is enabled to impeachment. This can be lowered by the Houses but with a Majority vote; as it is editing an amendment. After that period of time, the elected officer is enabled to impeachment. The same thing goes for the governor, SOTH, and Mayor. |
