It's persisted since yesterday so I had a long time of sleeping earlier in the day to try and help it

I'm having a similar thing that I'm just now getting over.
You might actually be sick and getting this years flu.
If it's not that sitting in a weird position or for to long will make you feel dizzy and weak, and even nauseate you.
If it's not that then you probably had some bad food poisoning from something you ate, maybe meat or dairy.

Tone in for Dr.D4rk next week where he tries to figure out how to take advil.

It's not positioning, I've had this since the previous day, and I've had it for the full day today
I don't think it's the food, as I haven't had anything my family didn't have as well
Flu maybe, I haven't looked into it but I'm not suffering any of the normal flu symptoms, no cough or fever or any of that stuff.

I wondered if it was anemia but I don't think that any of the causes for it fit to this

Can't be dehydration, I've been taking in a lot more water recently than any time before in a long while

"Try drinking a little caffeine"

I would doubt it, I had hot chocolate twice in today, which had marshmallows and stuff in it too, but with no effect on anything or really unnoticeable

Dr.D4rk is going to have extra run time to prove he's helpful.

Have you hit your head really hard lately?
One time when I was like 8 I hit my head extremely hard on a granite table and suddenly got really sick, but I didn't have a cough or a sore throat like normal.
I was just extremely ill feeling for no reason, and it's exactly like the thing your describing.

Another possibility is that you may have not gotten proper sleep or you had to much sleep.
Either of these can cause these things if your not used to it.
You might not feel all to weak when you get to much sleep though.

Another possibility is that you could be moving to little, being active to some sort of extent will help you, but if you haven't done much lately you really should, it might help.

That's all Dr.D4rk can think of right now.

Well, I'm no doctor, but you need to go to the hospital and get a prescription from your local doctor.

eat (not crap, real food like fruits, veggies, white meat, etc), move around and go for a walk if you can. don't have caffeine unless you have it regularly or you'll develop dependence. assuming you're in school, take it easy because stress can literally make you sick. get enough sleep and try not to use tech before bed.

this is all the crap i could possibly tell you that will help you without seeing an actual doctor

No injuries I know of, I hit my toe once in the past week but I would seriously doubt that's anything
Sleep I'm not sure about, I get average sleep I think, in addition to sleeping in school constantly, but at this point I'm going to keep a watch on that
Activity I doubt in a way, I've been inactive for months at a time and nothing like this showed up, in fact recently I've been trying exercise just for a little extra so I don't think it could be that

I'm going to think it's something like missing a needed vitamin or sleep issues, I'll keep to thinking about it and if things get to a worse point I'll go to a doctor

Bit of an overreaction, I may be getting stressed too much, but school is the least of the worries for it, I'll go to sleep and be hopeful

K I'll admit I was blunt. But I'm serious. I'm gonna elaborate here.

Maybe the way you're feeling this way is because you're not pushing yourself enough. That in turn is giving yourself stress. Freshman year in high school I didn't give a crap about my grades or keeping myself in shape and I kind of just let myself go. I started feeling really weak and tired during the day, and it got to the point where I had to stay home for weeks because I kept getting migraines and/or feeling too weak.

I think it's a pretty bad thing that you're sleeping in school constantly. Firstly, naps usually aren't good for you. They disrupt your sleep pattern and make you lazy. Secondly, especially if you're in high school, sleeping "constantly" will take so much time away from using your time in school for something valuable. (That sounds really teachery but just go with it lol) You have seven hours a day that you're forced to use for something; might as well make it worth it.

And I'll probably sound like some Pinterest mom right now, but exercise and a balanced diet will make all the difference in the world. Go ride a bike or do something active you like at least 2 times a week (more ideal) and you'll have a lot more energy.

Maybe I'm wrong and the reason you're feeling unwell can easily be solved by a doctor. But I've seen so many people around me describe their situation as identical to yours. It's always the same thing. Stress, lack of motivation, laziness, lack of proper diet, etc. It probably has something to do with the screwed up educational system or something.

//end deepness

Night, op-I hope you feel better!

so just like don't really worry about it because i remember it happened while i was still in school too my senior year and i also felt like i couldn't stay awake cause of it which was frustrating and i kind of understand but like as i said it progressively got better so there's no need for you to stress yourself out about it i'm sure you'll get better
