Tails and I are working on remaking and reworking my old Winterpond campaign, which we intend to launch on my birthday in early January. The reason I'm telling you guys this far in advance is that, as my birthday is right after Christmas, you can get the PHB for Christmas if you like the game. Until then, starting on Sunday the 8th of November I'll be hosting a Keep on the Shadowfell game with premade characters and Tails might also host one as well at whatever time works best for him (post some time suggestions down below, buddy), thus allowing you to learn the game before getting the PHB.
Post here if you're interested in either the Winterpond campaign or the Keep on the Shadowfell trial game; if you know the rules of D&D and know you like the game I recommend you not to do the Keep on the Shadowfell game as that's just to give people a taste of the game.
Some notes - At the moment I have enough DMs for two Winterpond campaigns (one hosted by Tails and one by myself) if there's enough interested people to warrant two parties, otherwise, Tails and I will rotate on one campaign. I also think that there will only be two of these Keep on the Shadowfell trial campaigns at a time, depending on how many available days per week Tails and I have to keep (on the shadowfell) track of campaigns. The rules that I'll be using for Winterpond are 4e; as Keep on the Shadowfell is only being played to see if you guys'll like the game, it's obviously the same edition.

Oooh, I'm interested.
I know the rules of D&D, but I haven't played any games. So if possible, I'll join Keep of the Shadowfell, and possibly the Winterpond.
What edition, and where/how would we play it? |

I'm a beginner to this whole dnd but I've been slowly getting familiar of it, I guess

but
Yeah
Also Tim do you have that google drive folder with the dnd books and rule books and such???

Pick; I detest pirating.
Everyone else, if you want to do Keep on the Shadowfell, I will supply you guys with the link to the quickstart guide. If you want to play Winterpond, I recommend asking Santa for the PHB so that we can do this legally. |

| Shoot, when I said "everyone else" I'd just meant "everyone". I apologise; Pick, that message was intended for you as well. |

I'm interested in Shadowfell. I can finally taste DND, yaaas.
I'm assuming Keep On The Shadowfell will be 4e. |

Keep on the Shadowfell is the most famous 4e adventure ever.

By that I assume Player's Handbook 1 and 2, maybe also 3? Do you also have Martial Power, Arcane Power, Divine Power, Primal Power, Martial Power 2 or any of the more DM-oriented books like DMG, MM, DMG2, MM2, MM3, Draconomicon, Open Grave, etc.?
