Well basically we would live in (insert country or some kind of large scaled place) and suddenly people over 16 disappeared all of a sudden and people would slowly form powers and it goes into chaos. Of course we would need bad guys and good guys and background characters.
I got this idea of a book I am reading at the moment. Also sorry for my bad grammar. |

Yeah, that's the one I was thinking of, but couldn't remember the name of. It is based on Stephen King's Under The Dome.
And from the description you gave, it is exactly the same. |

Sure. The dome is rising, and is transparent instead of simulating the world. So as the story progresses, gravity gets lighter and the people outside are visible, with all the worry that would be expected. Eventually, the dome rises out of the ground and then aircraft are the only things that can be seen, the ground that the dome took with it blocking the view of the underside. And of course, the dome is actually a perfect sphere instead of just a half-sphere.
So basically, escape before you leave earth and the air runs out. |
