I've tried reinstalling it and everything, but all Windows 10 is saying when you attempt to join a game is 'You'll need a new app to open roblox-player'
What should I do?

At times, Windows 10 does not support ROBLOX.
Are you on a laptop, surface, or computer?
If you are using surface, what type is it?
If you are not using surface, reply to me with the specific model of your computer.

I believe it is a compatability issue, yes. Using a Mesh computer. Unsure of the type. I would enjoy finding out but i'm also busy trying to fix my broken start menu. Red text is scare.

Well, if you are using a Mesh computer, I will list all models. Before I do, I want to know when did you get the computer?

I got the computer, lets say... 2 years ago, I think? I'm afraid the model is no longer listed on their website.

Well, roblox, is it a desktop computer, or laptop?
If it's a PC, is it the following: Home Office Computers 4K Gaming PCs Video Editing PCs CAD Graphics Workstations NEXT DAY PCs If it's a laptop, is it the following: Tablets ASUS Laptops Gigabyte Gaming Laptops MSI Gaming Laptops Mesh Gaming Laptops
If it's none of these, i'll just proceed to list models from 2013, and im afraid you will have to search them all.

Desktop computer. I've looked in all of the PC ones and it isn't there.

Alright, it will be hard.
So does it say in the computer mesh? Or does it say another company?
I need you to look at the computer (no not on the website) and see if you can find any numbers or anything that shows a model number/model name
Look at all the parts in your desk that helps the computer run (except the inside of the computer, of course) and see if you can find numbers.

I believe that my computer is either an Elite 3570 or an Elite 3470, using the Wayback Machine to the time I purchased my computer. By all guesses, I'm going to make a bet that it is the 3570 one. #code print("Because code is all da rage") |

Well, here is what I found that is from 2013. I think I found your computer:
MESH Elite K3470-CSR
From 2013.
I'll find a solution.

I recognise it, but since my computer has a custom box, I can't tell. Very similar features though, so i'll say that's the best bet we have.

I'm not going further into detail.
I'll see if it's the compatibility issue with Windows 10 and Mesh Computers or it's roblox messing around

However, some of these specifications will be untrue, as MESH is a custom-build type of computer provider.
For example, my processor is an i7 #code print("Because code is all da rage") |

Alright, I just figured out that it just might be a browser issue, and your computer might be unaffected.
1. Uninstall your browser 2. Uninstall ROBLOX 3. Reinstall your browser 4. Reinstall ROBLOX 5. Test it
REINSTALL YOUR BROWSER BEFORE YOU REINSTALL ROBLOX

Thanks, Exirl. I went onto IE (cringe) and tried again. It worked.
I think its because Chrome settings are the same from when I had Windows 8. If I reset these settings, i'm sure it'll work again. Cheers. (Still have a broken menu to deal with, but that's for another day)
