Regex stinks. To think I used to be a big fan of regex, advertising its "awesomeness" everywhere. It is lame, I realize, just because of the lack of support for the one feature I never even considered needing: recursion. |

| String patterns, imo, are a little easier to read, but can be a bit more confusing for new programmers. |

| String patterns aren't as cool as regular expressions, but again, NO RECURSION. |

String patterns are okay, I guess...
I just wish I had a little more options. It makes specificity a hassle. |
