Right now I'm 140-150 at the age of 14, so need to loose that weight.

I already know these things

-Daily exercise
-No diary
-Low calorie diet
-Eat more fiber
-Drink more water

Any more suggestions? I'll start doing these stuff by tomorrow.

well you dont want loose weight. you want your weight to be tight.


i suggest LOSING some weight in order to do that

You are barely overweight, lose 15-20 pounds and you are alright. Do cardio.

If your daily exercise is like

10 push ups

10 sit ups

and its over in like 20 min


you're gonna need more than that

I'm 5 feet and 12 inches almost a 6.

And I have a workout bike should I use it?

1.6/1.7k calorie intake maximum
exercise is the most important thing, just run for an hour every day after school (stretching, drills, half hour run) and you'll burn fat like it oil
eat a balanced diet too

mainly becuse my dad has great genetics and i work out


a lot

like a mile and a half a day

70 push ups

100 sit ups

100 crunches

weights

planks

ect

Eh I wan't to, I don't look very good for my weight so, I need to shrink the stomach down I'm not aiming for ribs just a plain flat belly and chest, and legs.

seriously though the reason why you like chubby is because you need to gain muscle
loosing weight ins't really that important if your bmi is literally almost perfect

Bump, Deciding to run some more, maintain a balanced calorie diet, and do some daily excercise on my workout bike, and not eat any diary foods for 4-6 months
