The title may not clarify it enough so here is the proposed update.
An option in-studio to either allow or not allow particles to pass through existing parts (ex: rain particles going through the ceiling vs stopping when it hits an existing part)
This would be extremely helpful for creating in-game weather such as rain, snow, etc.
If there is a way to do this that I haven't been able to find (I have looked through the wiki and forums) I apologize.
