[INTRODUCTION] Hello fellow americans, I am sk8in4money and I am running for FBI Director. I believe that I should be appointed as FBI Director, as I have many great attributes/ideas for the FBI. These ideas will be expressed throughout the speech.
[EXPERIENCE] In case you do not know who I am, I am currently one of the only BoD veterans left along with aselus, chocolate, and veetz within the FBI. I have served under many great leaders such as whickedwhale, jackcari, and aselus under my 5 months in the FBI. They all reflect a lot on who I am today (In NUSA) as they we're very intellilgent/made great decisions.I plan on following under their footsteps if I get appointed as FBI Director.
[TABLE OF CONTENTS] 1. Reforms 2. Activity 3. Academy 4. Guidelines 5. Discpline 6. Agency Limits 7. RCL 8. Divisions 9. Allies 10. Meetings 11. Combine 12. Ending
1. [REFORMS] FBI currently has many great agents, and I plan on keeping them. I feel like there would be no point in restarting the FBI as they have been on the right track to becoming the best agency possible. I only plan on removing the inactive/immature agents, as they would only slow FBI's success rate down. FBI has many great leaders, and I believe they deserve to be HRs. I have a list of the people who would fit the HR position perfectly, as I have worked with many people.
2. [ACTIVITY] FBI's activity rate has gone down by a lot. If I get appointed, I believe my ideas can fix this problem. Removing along as adding new agents, can fix that. Having tryouts/fixing up the academy is esential as many citizens have potentional. I will mainly be focusing on this problem. Reffering to inside the FBI however, I will be assigning FBI HR a task so if you combine everything together it creates a solution to the activity problem. For example, the Head of Activity reports who showed up to the event and the head of trello tracks it down on the trello. If any extreme inactivity without a warning is shown from an agent, they will be removed. (Only One Of My Plans)
3. [ACADEMY] After being apart of the academy for over 8 months as FBIA DD/Trainer, it really was never active. The only 2 people that really tried solving this were fruges and RBZs (Thanks <3) The Academy is important because it is one of the ways of getting into the FBI, and it really shows the trainees personality, unlike tryouts/applications. The solution is simply hiring more ACTIVE trainers, having a good structure of ranks, adding a schedule, and avoiding reforms. In case you did not know, the FBI Academy has had over 3 reforms in the past few months which everyone dislikes since you're basically restarting all your work as a trainee. This defianetly those not boost activity, so I want to avoid this by starting off strong, and adding the things I listed out.
4. [GUIDELINES] Guidelines are the most important thing to a good agency. The guidelines are like the backbone, as you have to follow them and of course have guidelines that cover everything. The current guidelines are a bit old, and I plan on refreshing them. Into making these guidelines, I will be taking everyones ideas and crushing them down to make the best guidelines possible.#EveryonesVoiceCounts
5. [Discipline] You have to stand your ground as making the rules. I will be having a strong Head of Discipline that will be handling suspensions/immaturity/(IF ANY) Rogue Agents. Discipline is as important as the guidelines, so I will aswell be focusing on this, with the Head of Discipline.
6. [AGENCY LIMITS] I will be making the agency limit for the FBI to 2. (Including FBI) I do not want agents that focus on other agencies mainly. This also will fix activity, as you need agents that focus on the FBI.
7. [RCL] FBI has never been good at RCL, so I plan on making their RCL core stronger by adding RCL to the camps. You may be thinking "What does FBI have to do with RCL?" Well, to answer this, FBI does only specialize in investigations. FBI also has a combat side to it, so RCL would not be bad to add to the plate.
8. [Divisions] Most of FBI's activity comes from divisions. Each division will have a special task which will be viewed by the Head of Operations. Making the divisions active will lead to more operations being possible in the FBI.
9. [Allies] Allies are as important as anything else. If I get appointed, I plan on allying/respecting other agencies. I may even do operations with DOJ's investigation division if OptiTheory is in.
10. [Meetings] I plan on doing meetings 1-2 times a week to review FBI's operations/ideas. Each meeting will express FBI's communities ideas, and the HRs will have a vote on them. This is to make sure FBI is updated, and running smoothly.
11. [COMBINES] *Still Thinking if I should consider this* Every 2-4 weeks, FBI will be accepting applications to be apart of a combine that test the applicant. The test/event will consist of the persons knowledge, combat, experience, and personality. Only a few will be accepted, but the ones who succeed will be accepted as a Field Agent, instead of Probationary Agent. Just think of it as a Football Combine.
12. [ENDING] Well, the ideas I just covered were my main ideas, however I do have more. To conclude this speech, thanks for allowing me to run and I appreciate all the supporters. If I do not get FBI Director, I highly reccomend veetz or aselus (acescro) as they deserve it more than me out of all honesty. They really show that they deserve it after working with them for a long time. *Sorry for any thing I missed or any errors within my speech*

| Well, I know who are good leaders within the FBI, and outside of it. Being BoD for the FBI has really gave me a chance to meet new people, that I respect. I know who fits each position perfectly, and plus we would vote on the HRs. As I said, everyone's voice counts and I would like to decide these decision as an agency. |

You can't simply run for FBI Director. You are chosen by the Attorney General and President.

| I understand that policy and I realized my mistake at "running for director". This is basically a speech expressing my ideas if I become FBI director. |

As a long serving Intelligence personal, I see 'agency limits' pathetic as they make the boredom of things. It should only be implanted when an abundance of agents are inactive/unloyal. Instead add a 'must attend activity' rule.
I wish you luck as you are a qualified candidate. If you'd like me to go further in depth don't be afraid to ask.
