Well, the general idea is that I believe the reason clans are dying is because they're all narrowing their own opportunities. Though, people are too narrow minded to accept the idea of a clan that works with everything, so this is my current idea. I'm a firm believer that a base should mean more to a clan than just being a place to fight. Like back in the old days when everyone would hang at their base whenever they were bored. So, since people won't accept clans multi-tasking, I'm gonna just work with the base. The idea is that you base your base more open to the average user. I'm going to work with fashion clans, design clans, and business clans and try to find a common ground. I'm going to have shops at base and work on turning my current base into a city. **More specifically an acropolis, to fit my clans theme** There are too many power clans more focused on skill than on expanding now. No one new to the clan community can even hope to get into those clans for the most part. So I'm going to find common ground between all the clans archetypes and try to get people to try out a lil bit of everything.

tl;Dr version: I'm going to have other people advertise in my place, like an acdopolis/city
Have shops for their stuff, etc. And incorporate all the facilities in there. |

This is something that I have testing somewhat in my clans. In my historical American Civil War clan for instance members used to often walk around inside the fort and talk, practice fighting, and drink at the saloon inside of the fort. Sorta made a community out of the fort. In my futuristic war clan we attempted to build a city in order to create the kind of environment you are describing. It was never really fully completed to its max efficiency, so I don't know if it would have worked. Point is, I've tried this and it works. So take a shot at it.

| I really like that idea. I had something similar a while back, but no one supported me. I think having a "city" kind of thing could be nice. Another idea, have like place teleporters to the facility(s). |
