the file should be on the dvd
just open up the dvd in file explorer and it should be a compatible filetype with youtube
if not, it should be compatible with whatever software you used to render it with, or other software

so i need to convert vhs to dvd and then insert dvd into my computer and copy the files. this is why i dont want to do it.

you put in the vhs tape and record it onto a dvd with a recorder
