The thing is
most of us involved in clans have been for a while
mostly adults or at least 16 YO
We're at the point where we can actually discuss and fix it, instead of wondering why its happening

Most clanners cling desperately to the past, trying to preserve every last artifact of a bygone age. When you ask a clanner what success is, or what a good model for clans is, they'll point backwards and say "That's what we need!"
It's a lost cause. You can't turn back time. Too many circumstances have changed since the "golden age of clans". You'd like to think that the community will band together for a giant reform of the clan world.
It doesn't work that way. We're too stubborn. We're too stuck in the past. So, we get back to the point of this thread. The old order cannot be saved. From its ashes, maybe something will come after it, maybe not. If there is a new order, it will not be a copy of the old one... |

| Good point Shadow. Whenever someone speaks of what the clan world needs they go back and say "oh every clan should become like RAT when CT owned it, man those were the good 'ol days" |
