Racism hurts.
In 1982, when my Dad was 13 years old, and he wanted to go to a comic book store in a section of Brooklyn called Canarsie. At the time Canarsie was mostly white people. My dad got off at the bus stop and started walking to the comic book store. A car stopped and a man got out and yelled at him to get out of his neighborhood. He told my Dad, “If I came to your neighborhood I would be jumped!” |

It's too bad people don't know how to combat it very effectively.
Movements like "BlackLivesMatter" only perpetuate the problem and widen the racial divide. |
