Everytime i sell a game pass for my game "Flying Fortress Tycoon" It's not giving me the R$ or TIX people bought it with. I dunno what to do. I've already tried to take them offsale and put them back again. It does not work. I lost like over 10kR$ due to this.
I dunno what i should do. I've already 3mailed ROBLOX.

| I don't know how long it takes, but ROBLOX made it so that you get the money after a certain amount of time, so people don't get ripped off. |

| I'm pretty sure they have a refund thing or something in case the pass doesn't work so you should get your money soon. |

Please allow it to go through ROBLOX's transaction system. Too many people were purchasing things through the system, so the people who bought your game pass are in the queue. You shall get your money soon. No worries.

Hi there,
you can always try contacting a moderator on here by using the "@" symbol before their name; example: @Shedletsky -- but, it is unlikely for them to respond if you are trying to contact a moderator that does not post on this forum. Here are some things you can do to get what you need:
- Re-install roblox - Continue to refresh the page (not excessively though)
