| Well here the thing. If roblox doesn't like what you make the audio of and you wasted 100R$ from making it and they removed it. I think you should get your robuxs back because why waste 100R$ when they do not accept it. So if they removed it you should get your robuxs back when they removed it. So that my suggestion. |

@YOHIO
Actually I have a friend who is a consistent audio uploader to ROBLOX, and he made fighting sounds for his game that got denied, and they didn't break any part of the terms and conditions.
To get the sound he wanted, he wasted about 400 robux on denied audio. It's a real problem because of random declines and accepts in ROBLOX's moderator system.
Plus if it doesn't break the rules, if they don't plan on reimbursing someone if they don't like it, they should accept everything that doesn't break the rules.
If nah, then they need to make it so they either lose the 100 robux after it gets through moderation or keep it. |

Not a really good excuse. ...Are fighting sounds now against the rules? |

not an excuse, it's the rules. the only way to get around the rules is to become one of roblox's favored devs |

But it's not the rules. Fighting sounds, as I recall, aren't against the rules? If you think ROBLOX mods can just change rules as they want to, then I think you should get down on your knees and scream "Everything I know is a lie!". |

@king
I agree it does seem a bit suspicious that your friend would get his audio declined if it were just fighting sounds. You can send a message to info@roblox.com and whoever responds can probably tell you why it was declined.
No support to the idea though, it is directly in the rules that you can not get a refund. |

Please link me where it says this? Since you're so certain with it, I'm sure you'll be able to.
I mean, if violence was against the rules, millions of games would of been banned...Correct? Why was action only taken on this audio?
So if violence, as you claimed, was actually against the rules, then this is another fudge up for ROBLOX and, thus, something is still wrong.
...And thus you failed, again, to defend ROBLOX. |

Well, normally people ask for a refund when they're returning a product they've already bought. However, the ones who buy the audio that gets brought down, in this case, do not actually get their product until it is moderated. If their product is declined, they paid for literally nothing; They did not get their product. |

YOHIO, your comebacks don't make sense.
And fighting sounds? Gear also has them. |

"comebacks" yeah i can see why you don't understand what rules are you're too young to understand
"Do not create or upload images, videos, >>audio files<< or other content, discuss topics or use language that a reasonable person would consider to be of a mature nature and not appropriate for ROBLOX audiences" anyone under the age of 16 is considered not reasonable tbh
but yeah refunds are also not allowed so yeah your suggestion is useless op... |

If fighting sound effects can be considered as "mature nature", then please explain the countless Murder games, along with the >>ROBLOX Gears<<< that have several "fighting" sound effects. |

| It's still in the Terms of Service. It doesn't matter if it was banned, all purchases you make on the site are final. That's in the legal agreement you agreed to when you made an account on this site. |

"Good excuse." excuse =/= the truth be in rbxdev = mods do not give a crap about what you do 99% of the time
guy in rbxdev imitates admin and threatens to terminate people, doesnt get deleted person not in rbxdev does the same thing, gets deleted

You're acting as if it's against the rules, but I'm sitting here trying to think of how a couple of slashing sounds can come under "mature nature".
'Money' wouldn't be a vaiable excuse as to why some things don't get banned, considering there are huge amount of audio out there that include fighting sounds.
Mature Nature tends to be labelled as 18+ sort of stuff. |

if you don't want to follow the rules, don't come on roblox. you agreed to them upon signup and you will follow them as long as you are here. do otherwise and you get moderated. if you get banned, for example, the admins are telling you "don't do that again". if your audios are not approved, the admins are telling you "that's not appropriate/allowed". |

But the thing is...! It's not against the rules. If it is against the rules, then absolutely everyone on ROBLOX breaks them.
"Mature Nature" is not a few fighting sounds. |
