Can be divided into a million small parts in ROBLOX Studio?
This is possible because if you take a 0.001, 0.001, 0.001 part, you can see it but it is only 2 pixels big (It is extremely faint but you can see it). So if you take that and cframe those small parts on top of each other, it is possible in ROBLOX to take a million of those small parts and make them into one stud.
Before you say "Computers cannot handle that." Well yes they can, all you need is a really powerful computer to do so.

This is also possible with a 0.01, 0.01, 0.01 part but you would need 10000 of those to make a stud.

"all you need is a really powerful computer to do so." Not really, I'll just run it on a modified version of Roblox that does not render anything, but can output to a text file.
Also, the minimum size is 0.2 in each direction. |

someone should make a basic script to do that. oh wait, here
Part = game.ServerStorage.Part
for y = 0,1,.001 do for x = 0,1,.001 do a = Part:Clone() a.Position = Vector3.new(x,y,0) a.Parent = workspace end end
--Laggy Version for z = 0,1,.001 do for y = 0,1,.001 do for x = 0,1,.001 do a = Part:Clone() a.Position = Vector3.new(x,y,z) a.Parent = workspace end end end

"Also, the minimum size is 0.2 in each direction."
No it isn't, you can get down to 0.001 in each axis...

| @Jarod people managed to make 0.001 scaled unions, but you are technically correct when it comes to normal parts. |

Actually no. This isn't just possible with unions, it is possible with "normal" parts as well.

@eggsofdeath
That is not how you do it, there are other ways to do it.

Guys:
Save a part file.
Edit the size in the file to anything you want(Yes even 0,0,0!).
Insert part from file.
You now have a custom part. |

| I made a part with the size of 0.001,0.001,0.001 un-anchored, clicked play and it stayed its size as it fell. |
