| It's either stress or a medical condition. I just went through divorce, and moving countries. Which was basically life punching me in the face. I don't feel normal. A pharmacist told me that my blood pressure was really low, I have REALLY bad headaches, upset stomach, diarrhea, clenched jaw and grinding teeth (which I'm doing right now as I write this because I can't help it), waking up really early in the morning, and I also have very low energy. It's been going on for about 2 months even before I moved. I also have mental confusion, (Where am I? Why am I here? Why am I in this world? Is this a dream?) <-- stuff like that. I literally feel like my body is starting to break down. I just moved to Costa Rica so I still don't have a doctor. It might be my baby brother (He's 3, he always kicks, screams, bites, punches, runs around the house) we try to calm him down but he never does, he might be stressing me out too. I don't know, help. |
