Ok so, Im at a college library and I want to bypass administration to download paint.net What would I do?

You wouldn't.
First off, the college would get really annoyed with you for downloading unauthorized applications and you could face some serious repercussions. Secondly, your college will probably have an application whitelist in place to prevent viruses from misuse/abuse anyway. |

Your college will have an application whitelist in place. Also, bypassing things doesn't have a blanket solution so good luck with that. |

If it really tickles your fancy, it's normally possible to get around group policy things (Provided that's the primary solution) by disconnecting the device from the network after the login success but before gp loads, or by loading the computer up in DSR mode.
This assumes that the college uses Windows because nobody doesn't use Windows in colleges somewhere these days. |

Im stupid. I went in command prompt and did c:\windows\system32\userAccountControlSettings.exe and it still said would you like to do changes to this computer?
