We have reviewed your claim and we are not able to restore the item/currency to you. Our internal tracking tools do not show that your account was compromised at the time. There was also no issue with the trading or sales systems.
We understand this can be frustrating. However, ROBLOX cannot undo trades willingly made with other players, or when making deals outside the official ROBLOX trading system. Please read further for more information:
Additionally, ROBLOX cannot enforce deals made between players. This is why we have official trading and sales systems, so that players can make deals and sell items without being scammed. Once you have completed a trade or sale as the result of making a deal with another player, we are not able to reverse it or return your items or currency. If you think a trade is a bad idea, it probably is, and you shouldn't do it.
However, scamming also violates our Terms of Service and we will be looking into this further to ensure that any player caught scamming is moderated from our site. Please make sure to use the Report Abuse buttons located throughout the site to report anyone who is scamming. It's the best way to help prevent this from happening in the future.
