Warning: This is long...
As I said before "Do you go to an amusement park just for the souvenirs?" The answer should be no.
Well, here's why: https://youtu.be/-CHwu9O7EM8?t=1m27s
Theme parks are AMAZING!
Now, let me compare theme parks to events. You go to both for the experience that they give. Yes, you can get items to take with you home, however these items are meant to be memories of when you went.
The reason why people, including myself, loved the Jurrasic World event is because it expanded upon the games they were in, and created an atmosphere. It gave a unique feeling to that event, and made the game more special. Much like the link I provided it actually felt like you were walking into Jurassic Park, as well as feeling like the ROBLOX Point we all know, and love. It expanded upon the game it was in.
The other note worthy game during that event was The Quarry. It created an island based on Jurrasic World, and it looked beautiful. Once again creating an atmosphere that actually felt like you were there. It didn't just post some posters around, and hid a hat. It actually tried to be what it was representing.
On that topic, be what it was representing. That's also what a sponsored event should try to do. Show what is being sponsored to the best of its abilities. Go all out. Be creative. Be inspiring! That's what we want. Something that is simply amazing.
Oh, and this game was perfectly fine: http://www.roblox.com/games/285918933/Halloween-Zombie-Strike
Certainly what there needs to be more of. But, there was two little issues.
One: It was too short. If it was a bit longer, or even padded it would of been better.
Two: When you first spawn in the game does not tell you it is waiting for the next round, so you are stuck in mid air trying to figure out what is going on. Not really a good thing.
Besides that, it's definitely a perfect advertisement. A rail shooter showing off the power of the new nerf blaster against its main target: Zombies! :D
That's the kind of thing that we need.

@poweraid: Hey, I'm just trying to get people to understand why others complain so much about events.
