As of 10/20/15, these rules and regulations, approved by all current HIGHCOM members of the UNSC, are to begin effective immediately. Failure to properly follow these rules and regulations will result in proper punishment and/or removal from UNSC service.

-----

Article I - Basic Rules

All UNSC personnel are expected to respect other UNSC personnel, especially those in higher authority in your branch. HIGHCOM members, regardless of branch, must always be referred to as "Sir" or "Ma'am", though they can only command personnel within their respective branches.

Team-Killing a member of the UNSC is strictly prohibited. Acts of violence towards Civilians is also prohibited. Swift punishment will be delt out if any forms of aggression towards friendly personnel or civilians is seen.

As you are apart of this UNSC, operating in any other UNSC or UNSC-related group is prohibited. Serving in enemy or other black-listed groups is also prohibited and will result in your immediate termination as a UNSC servicemember.

Proper grammar and attitude is expected in the UNSC, whether on the group walls or during a patrol/raid at any UNSC base.
A) - The use of faces or other emoticons is prohibited. It isn't professional and it will not be tolerated. This applies both at any UNSC base and on the group wall(s).
B) - Using terms such as "Lol" are also unprofessional and will not be tolerated. This applies both at any UNSC base and on the group wall(s).

Advertising any other group, both at any UNSC base or on the group wall(s) is strictly prohibited and shunned upon. If HIGHCOM, in any way, feels that you are taking members away from the UNSC due to advertising purposes for other groups, you will be terminated from UNSC service immediately.

Article II - Protocols and Branch Regulations

ALLIED RESPONSE ACT: This protocol ensures that, upon allying with any group, we, the UNSC, will lend a hand with raids/raid defenses towards that group if that group so desires. As such, the UNSC also appreciates the same in return from current allied groups if we desire or need assistance during raids/raid defenses.

UNSC ENLISTMENT ACT: Upon deciding to join the UNSC, an individual must send a request to the main group. Once sent, a HIGHCOM member will review the individuals profile and perform a background check. If the individual is apart of enemy/black-listed group(s) and/or another UNSC, their request will be declined. Once the individual passes the background check, they will be admitted into the UNSC as a RECRUIT. They will then have to perform a BCT at a UNSC base with a HIGHCOM member. Once the BCT is completed, the RECRUIT may then select a desired branch of service. PLEASE NOTE: The Marines and Navy both have separate rules/regulations that UNSC personnel must follow once inside the branch, including other training procedures. These will be stated below.

NAVY PROTOCOLS/REGULATIONS: This section will cover all regulations regarding the UNSC Navy.
A) - To be accepted into the OiT program, you must first pass a BCT training within the main group. Once completed, you must wear your UNSC PT outfit and have NO hats/faces on your character. You may then send a join request to the UNSC Navy. During your time in OiT, you may NOT change your character's appearance. Doing so will result in you being washed from the program. Once OiT is completed, you will be moved to ENSIGN and must purchase the proper UNSC Navy service uniform (found in the store) for use while on-duty at any UNSC base. If you cannot afford the uniform, morphs will be available at UNSC bases. At this time, you are free to wear hats/faces and change out of uniform when desired. This is something you earn, not get handed, so work for it.
B) - As an Officer within the UNSC, you must show good behavior and respect for other personnel while on-duty at any UNSC base. Respect the chain of command. Proper punishments will be issued accordingly for offenses committed at UNSC bases.
C) - While you are an Officer, you do NOT have command over the Marines while on-duty at any UNSC base. The ONLY time a Naval Officer may command Marine personnel is when:
C-1) - Marine personnel are on-board a UNSC warship or aerial craft.
C-2) - No Marines higher than PRIVATE are within the server.
D) - Certain ranks within the UNSC Navy are granted specific duties and rights. This section applies to UNSC warships and aerial vehicles:
OiT - Officer in Training. Only allowed use of vehicles for training purposes. The instructor MUST be present and approve your use of the designated vehicle/warship.
ENSIGN to LIEUTENANT JR GRADE - Junior officers. Allowed to pilot Pelicans for use of UNSC personnel transport and serve as a crewmember on a UNSC warship. May also use Longswords.
LIEUTENANT to LIEUTENANT COMMANDER - Mid-grade officers. Allowed to pilot Pelicans, Longswords and Corvettes for space patrols and combat scenarios.
COMMANDER to CAPTAIN - Senior officers. Allowed to pilot Pelicans, Corvettes, Longswords and Frigates for space patrols and combat scenarios.
REAR ADMIRAL, LOWER HALF and up - HIGHCOM members. Allowed use and command of all UNSC Navy vehicles/warships. Allowed to command Halcyon vessels for use of space patrols and combat scenarios.
E) - ALL UNSC NAVY PERSONNEL may only use a side arm for a weapon while on-duty at any UNSC base. You're pilots and ship operators, not ground forces. That's why we have the Marines.
F) - If a Naval pilot/crewmember is shot down in a Pelican/warship during a raid and survives the crash, the surviving personnel must make their way to the nearest Marine team on the ground and get assistance from them. The Marines are responsible for your safety and as such you will take orders from them until you are picked up and returned to normal duties.

MARINE PROTOCOLS/REGULATIONS: This section will cover all regulations regarding the UNSC Marines
A) - To be accepted into the Marine Corps, you must first pass a BCT training within the main group. Once completed, you must wear the Marine outfit and have controlled hats/faces on your character. You may then send a join request to the UNSC Marine Corps. Go to trainings and patrols in order to be promoted.
B) - As a Marine within the UNSC, you must show good behavior and respect for other personnel while on-duty at any UNSC base. Respect the chain of command. Proper punishments will be issued accordingly for offenses committed at UNSC bases.
C) - While you are a Marine, you do NOT have command over the Navy while on-duty at any UNSC base. The ONLY time a Marine may command Navy personnel is when Navy personnel are on the battlefield.
D) - Sergeants and higher can send M12 Warthogs operated by Marine Personnel. 2nd Lieutenants and higher can send M808B Scorpions operated by Marine Personnel.
E) - ALL UNSC MARINE CORPS PERSONNEL may only use one Primary and one side arm for a weapon while on-duty at any UNSC base.
