| My computer will not connect to the Internet, but every other computer and mobile device in my house connects just fine. Every time I try to connect, it says it can't connect to this network. Help me plz. If it matters, I use windows 10. |

| I tried to connect sitting next to the router, but no luck. No bills are needed, since the WiFi works for my parents. There was no enable button listed under the wifi, so I disabled and enabled, but it still won't work, and I don't have ethernet cables since I've always used wifi with my computer. |

Hello! You didn't supply much information. Are you using wireless, or ethernet?
If there is a thick cable that lights up in the back (or side, if laptop!) then you are using ethernet.
SOLUTIONS: - Routers have a replication limit, meaning it can only output to so many devices at one time. If you're using wireless, this is possible. Very unlikely (but possible) with Ethernet.
- Make sure your PC firewall and router firewall enable new users to access it's network. |
