AMENDMENT
Section 1
An amendment, to limit the AoS powers of a Federal Judge.
If enacted by Congress with the 2/3rds needed, this amendment will
1) A federal judge may not AoS anyone due to personal problems, ( harassment is not a valid reason for AoS and judges will not be allowed to do so), the judge MUST have a legit reason.
2) A federal judge cannot AoS someone for 72 hours due to a minor crime, a false arrest can only be a maximum up to 48 hours, multiple false arrests may be up to 72 hours.
3) If a judge suspects something, they may call an investigation, AoS without reason or proof is not allowed.
4) If a federal judge does AoS someone falsely, that person may sue the judge for abuse of power.

I'm not sure you fully understand the purpose of an AoS. A resolution to clarify their meaning and degrees of implementation would be more valuable to the country.
An Arrest on Sight is, in essence, a warrant to compel a person to either A) abide by a court order, or B) to prevent the person in question from committing additional crimes during the duration between their trial.
If my nomination is confirmed at the upcoming Senate session (to become a Justice of the Supreme Court), my first task will be to have the court clarify to the inferior courts the intention which must be held when issuing an arrest warrant: to provide a trial. This is a serious issue in the judiciary. Warrants are often issued without a chance for the Judge to follow through on the action.

Well neither do arrests.
Probable cause or evidence.
Problem is neither of those are posted, and nobody is really impeaching the judges who're false imprisoning people.
Well except for Crptq. |

Since there's 17 senators, two have abstained meaning two are removed from the number needed for it to pass
17 minus 2 is 15
2/3 of 15 is 10
so 10 ayes are needed for it to pass the senate |
