But, humanity is always testing our boundaries? We've done the "impossible". We've flown with the birds. We've gone to the depths of the ocean. And yet.....we still fear death....

| I'm personally much more curious than fearful of what happens after death. In fact, dying is something I would want to face one day - but hopefully I want that day to be in at least the next century. Leaving life without doing much good for others both today and in the future is something I generally want to avoid; I think life isn't a waste if you do good in it no matter what happens after death. |

It is human survival instinct.
Imagine finding a dark cave. When you look into it, you don't image all of the gold that could be inside, you image what monsters or dangers are in it.
This instinct has been developed by evolution to help protect our lives.
We weight bad things way more than good things. |
