315 bench is attainable naturally by like 90% of males

2 and a half years of works and you'll have some monster pecs, tris, and anterior delts

who knows u might have crazy insertions and muscle bellies too

and running lol, running is only good for calves and ruining ur knees tbh, i like swimming and wrestling for cardio

if you dont have a squat rack

zercher squats... hurts the fking forearms and chafes mine hard af but i remember it being comfy after awhile if you got some beef in your forearms
