I'm just curious, because I do. I actually focus more on strength than bodybuilding.
I'm seriously considering power lifting. |

I do 200 pushups and run one and a half mile every day along with other minor exercises.
I do this to condition myself since I plan to join the Air Force when I graduate from medschool. |

I do 20 push-ups a day and run 1/4 of a mile.

Nice. I personally need to start running. However, I suffer from severe shin splints whenever I run.
That's actually why I like weight lifting so much. It allows me to build up cardio and strength without hurting my legs like running does. Honestly though, if it wasn't so painful, I'd probably run all the time. |
