Writing in an omni-present/all-knowing point of view.
They write as if, (as it truly is,) some all-powerful, omnipotent being is writing this.
It's better to write from the perspective of an individual experiencing this, or, better yet, writing it as if it is being written by a historian or philosopher of sorts, and that the "lore" is an official document going over a topic.
A good example of this is something written for A-SOV which I'll post below.

that kind of lore is better to read by a mile.
i prefer reading it from the perspective of an individual who was either there or someone who uses history.
just makes it more fun and interesting. |

Yeah, exactly.
It also makes sense. If you write from an omnipotent perspective, there's a few questions.
How do you know this? Who is writing this? When was this learned?
If you write it as if a historian is saying it, it has more explanation and basis.

most of the times this pisses me off (especially when a story ends and there's no conclusion about who wrote this) but sometimes you do find out who's telling the story at the end (as a plot twist most of the time).
' i still prefer it based on the perspective of an individual who was there during those events and if written properly, you get a much better understanding and involvement through the story. |

A-SOV will be using a combination.
It's either going to be explained via a document written by a Master of the Archive (a division we'll be having,) or through the eyes of a participant.
However, the latter may be written in the sense that it's sort of a story written by someone, almost. Someone's interpretation of the information, written in a story format.
