And it sounds like pool balls hitting each other. This is the highlight of my day believe it or not. |

| Yeah, but that's not a good thing to do on a regular basis. Making your ligaments crack I mean. |

I can bend my wrist all the way forward without even using my hands extremely easily
But op, that's interesting you should do that behind someone and scare them with it, maybe. |

@Bria Well of course, but it's just a thing that happens,I try not to force any cracking unless a part is very uncomfortable. I have a big toe on my right foot that will crack no matter what if I move it. I don't have the most stable seeming body. |

@Eat I sometimes freak my mother out on accident with my weird big toe. And I usually scare other people with it on accident to. I at one point could bend my pinky almost to the back of my hand, but I can't do it now.

@Xero Not as great as the ol days of toe cracking ey? @Dans This is on command though, but I sometimes have a pop in my hip,and it hurts like crazy. @andrew I can do the same thing with my back to,but only if my back just had enough for the day. @Portal Yeah,it's the same story with my back. |

For me, popping any ligs or joints in general causes me pain which is why I never do it especially in the back region, since I already have enough issues there.

@breezy I see what you did there. I think? @Dans It doesn't hurt for me,but mostly because of my knots. Cracking my back, shoulders,or neck usually helps a little. |
