I've reinstalled ROBLOX a number of times but it seems to not work with Windows 10, it takes me to this loop to install it and something which cannot be screenshotted says something like "You'll need a new app to open this roblox-player" and it then has a green square with text next to it saying "Look for app in the Store" (Windows 10 feature) and I clicked that but it then says "You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store" and keeps looping into that even when I click the "Look for app in the Store" but nothing helped. I've cleaned my disk and defragged it a number of times but it doesn't work. ROBLOX only works when I get a new build of Windows 10 and I cannot revert back.

Since Windows 10 runs on the same architecture that Windows 7 and 8.1 run on it should be compatible without changes to the game.
To fix this problem, I need you to answer a few simple questions.
Are you attempting to open a game in Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer? If you are using Microsoft Edge I need you to use Internet Explorer to play.
What do you mean by "cleaned my disk?"
Are you running out of storage space on your PC? If you are ROBLOX cannot function correctly.
Have you denied permission for ROBLOX.com to open the ROBLOX Player application on your computer?

Scroll down to "ROBLOX Player for ..." Sorry, but ROBLOX isn't yet fully compatible with Windows 10 yet but Windows 10 is being released to the public Tomorrow (July 29th). On that day ROBLOX will most likely update to Windows 10.

Hello TeamTripleStar,
ROBLOX is indeed supported on Windows 10, to fix this issue read the steps below:
1 - Uninstall Chrome (or your browser). 2 - Uninstall ROBLOX. 3 - Install Chrome (or your browser again) 4 - Install ROBLOX (it is important that you install ROBLOX after you've re-installed your browser) 5 - Test it on a game.
If you have any more problems please contact info@roblox.com (email), and the ROBLOX support team will help you with any further issues.
THIS METHOD ALSO APPLIES TO WINDOWS 8 USERS.
Gentlemen, you will always remember this as the day you almost caught' Captain Jack Sparrow! |

| I am having EXACTLY the same issue. I've had to uninstall Roblox because Roblox games began to randomly stop loading. I had to actually delete the game through Regedit commands on the Start Menu, and ever since I deleted the game, it's been giving my the same error. Never happened before. |

| I was playing some games on ROBLOX on Windows 10, it was fine, as soon as I went on that Halloween event, and clicked on the zombie game, it randomly came up and said "You'll need a new app to open this roblox-player". |
