The NCO's (Non-Commissioned Officers) have always been considered the "backbone of an army" by multiple sources. These brave, dedicated men discipline and coordinate the men of our grand army and make sure they are in ship-shape for battle against our formidable enemies.
The ranks and duties of the NCO Corps are to be as followed. (a new forum will be created if a change is made)
-Junior Drill Instructor (JDI) *LEARNING RANK*
JDI's are allowed to host trainings with 3-6 soldiers participating in them. Men are allowed to fall in as the training progresses.
-Drill Instructor (DI) *REGULAR RANK, MAY GIVE JDI'S ADVICE IF NEEDED*
DI's are allowed to host trainings with 3-10 soldiers participating in them. Men are allowed to fall in as the training progresses.
-Senior Drill Instructor (SDI) *EXPERIENCED IN ALL ASPECTS BELOW, ABLE TO ADVICE ALL RANKS BELOW*
DI's are allowed to host trainings with 3-18 soldiers participating in them. Men are allowed to fall in as the training progresses.
-Master Drill Instructor (MDI) *EXPERIENCED IN ALL ASPECTS BELOW, ABLE TO COMMAND ALL RANKS BELOW IN ANY ASPECT NEEDED*
These Drill Instructors are the most senior of the drill instructor ranks. They may supervise in trainings, host trainings of their own and most importantly train the DI's below them.
-COMMANDING OFFICER/COMMANDING OFFICER('s) *OFFICER RANK ABLE TO MANAGE ALL RANKS BELOW, BUT NOT ABLE TO HOST A DRILL INSTRUCTORS TRAINING*
There may be one to two officers in this position. These officers MUST be active and will be the officers the NCO's look to if all else fails. They will be highly educated on the way of the NCO Corps and will usually know the solution to any problem regarding it.
-GROUP HOLDER No specific jobs, simply there to hold the group. Contact if there are any issues with the commanding officers.
Signed, Major General RexBolt2 Colonel Redlz |
