I mean why do we Americans in high school have to take this standardize test called SAT? I mean really, all it just does is to prepare us not only for college but to see what colleges you can be able to goto by what you've scored on the SAT.
But I looked at other countries like Canada for example, they don't have a standardize test like the SAT in the United States. And in fact from what I read online, Canadian colleges and universities only pay attention to student's grades in school and not by how well they have scored on some standardize test.
Does the United States really need a standardize test like the SAT? |

They high school is having you take the SAT test and you're complaining? Dude, I had to spent out the ass to take that thing just to get into college!

America just does this to test students to see if they where actually learning. Grades are for scrubs. You just aren't accustomed to U.S. schools. |
