I have the arms positioned where I want them (with the C0 property of welds), so how do I rotate the arms from the "shoulder" so-to-speak, instead of rotating from the center of the part?

I'm rather confused, the default CFrame.Angles() is the same as CFrame.fromEulerAnglesXYZ(), and both of them rotate from the center of the part. Are you referring to a different method?

Shameless self bump. It would be nearly impossible to animate the arms correctly without rotating them from the shoulder. Any and all help is appreciated.
